Foam Rolling Fascia Health

Reduce pain, improve energy and walk out of this self myofascial release class feeling taller and lighter! Tissue hydration, energy production and improved recovery via self myofascial release of your fascia and breathing is the focus of this 55 minute group exercise. Soft tools and foam rollers are used to RESTORE & REPAIR your fascia, muscles and nervous system.

Multiple forms of stretching and myofascial releasing techniques will be applied, often paired with intentional breathing and focus to get the best results.  

Saturdays 8:00am or 10:00am 

Core and Posture

A strength and endurance class focused on improving core function, core strength and posture to improve movement ability & athleticism and decrease risk of injury.

What to Expect

Classes are held indoors at Back to Health Massage and Wellness Clinic. 3810 Perth Road, Inverary.
 

Experience professional instruction, motivation and education from South Frontenac’s only level 2 CHEK Practitioner, Ashley Howatt

Classes will be varied and functional movement based. All exercises will be modified for different needs and abilities. All fitness levels welcome 🙌

If you’ve been feeling tired, stiff, or out of balance, you’re not alone. Many women in midlife experience sleep struggles, joint pain, inflammation, and low energy—but the good news is, there are simple, natural ways to feel better!

That’s why I’m running this 4-Week Holistic Wellness Workshop Series. I see far too many women feeling dismissed, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of pain, fatigue, and vague symptoms—without real answers. They’re told it’s just part of aging or handed another prescription, but deep down they know there’s got to be another way. This series is for those who want to take their health into their own hands—to sleep better, think clearer, move with less pain, and feel more like themselves again. It’s built with women in mind, but open to anyone who’s ready for a more natural, empowered approach to feeling good again.

This is an educational workshop series where I will present my outside the norm concepts on these topics as well as strategies and solutions to help you help yourself look, move and feel better! *no medical advice

Here’s what we’ll cover each week:

✔️ Week 1: Sleep, Stress & Hormones – Restore deep sleep, balance stress, and reset your nervous system.
✔️ Week 2: Pain & Inflammation – Understand what’s really causing your pain and learn natural strategies to reduce it.
✔️ Week 3: Gut Health for Mental Health – Improve digestion, balance mood, and boost energy by supporting your gut-brain connection.
✔️ Week 4: Joint Health – Keep your joints strong, mobile, and pain-free so you can stay active and do what you love.
