My signature FLOW Foundations program is a 12 month transformational coaching container. This isn’t just training. It’s a total re-education in how to care for your body:

For women who want to reshape the way they understand and care for their bodies — from a deeply empowered, sovereign place — so they’re not dependent on broken systems, band-aid fixes, or outdated models of health, aging, and fitness.

You’ll work with me 1-on-1, two or three times per week, for 6 or 12 months—online or in-person—building strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.

But this isn’t just about workouts.
You’ll learn what most programs never teach—how your body truly works, and how to support it with movement, hydration, breath, rhythm, and rest.

We’ll go beyond the basics, exploring topics like fascia, h3o2 water, lymphatics, the BioFeild, Quantum Biology and terrain based health strategies. 

Because when you understand the system, you know how to care for it.
And when your body is supported, it knows how to heal 💪

Includes weekly private coaching, group coaching and Q&A calls, weekly educational livestreams, accountability, personalized, structured programs and a community of like-minded women walking the same path.
