Comprehensive posture, movement & health assessments, tailored corrective exercise programs, functional strength & conditioning training, rehab/prehab as needed, nutrition and all health coaching included.
2x/week minimum. 30 or 60min sessions.

👉 This is not your typical personal training experience. I am a licensed level 2 CHEK Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. This means I have extensive training and education way beyond the average trainer who may just have a 3 day course. I perform comprehensive physical and health assessments on all my clients to design the most effective and efficient exercise AND lifestyle programs to help you reach your goals – to build muscle and bone strength, fitness & endurance, weight loss, pain relief, healthier habits, etc. I integrate all aspects of healthy living into your training because your bad golf swing could be from that abdominal surgery scar, because your anxiety could be caused by the way you breathe, because your back pain could be from low stomach acid, because your hot flashes could be from your heartburn meds, because your stubborn weight could be from blocked lymph nodes – this is what I mean by my holistic approach. An integrative, whole systems approach that also connects your physical wellbeing with your mental, emotional and spiritual health.

A 12 week transformational coaching container for women who want to reshape the way they understand and care for their bodies — from a deeply empowered, sovereign place. Holistic Health Assessment & Personalized Lifestyle Program
A 90min session, to dive into your story & goals. Includes a detailed online health appraisal questionnaire you will do before our meeting so we can together connect the dots as to what are the next best steps for your health journey. Includes a concise write-up outlining your assessment results, action steps & resources for easy reference. $176.99+tax
