FUNctional Circuit Training
A full-body circuit designed to help you get stronger, build stamina, and move better with exercises that can be modified up or down in intensity as needed.
We use a mix of bodyweight exercises and equipment like stability balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more — working through the kinds of movements your body uses every day, like squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
This runs as an 8-week progressive program, so consistency is key if you want the full benefit. Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45pm at 24/7 Fitness Amherstview.
• 2x/week (16 classes): $249 + tax
• 1x/week (8 classes): $149 + tax
• Drop-in: $20 (tax included)

Core and Posture
A class focused on building a strong foundation so everything else you do works better.
We train your core and posture together — improving how your spine moves, how your body is aligned, and how well you can control and support movement.
When your core is functioning properly and your posture is dialed in, you reduce unnecessary strain on your joints and tissues. That means less wear and tear, better performance, and fewer setbacks.
We use a mix of bodyweight exercises, stability balls, and simple tools to build deep core strength, postural alignment and dynamic control where it matters most. “You can’t fire a cannon from a canoe!” Paul Chek

What to Expect
Experience professional instruction, motivation and education from Ashley Howatt, CHEK Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and CSEP Certified Personal Trainer
Classes will be varied and functional movement based. All exercises will be modified for different needs and abilities. All fitness levels welcome! *class is on the second floor with one long staircase to climb
