Rudolf Steiner said the three most important “things” for the further evolution of humanity are:

1) that people stop working for money

2) that people realize there is no difference between sensory and motor nerves

3) that people realize the heart is not a pump

We all learned in high school biology (and some of us from the Magic School bus in elementary😉) that the heart pumps the blood throughout the body – and we should exercise; walk, rebound or do things like dry brushing for our lymphatic system because “it doesn’t have a pump like the blood does.” Well, I’m about to propose that the blood doesn’t really have a pump either! Yes the heart contracts, squeezes and relaxes, but it doesn’t work how we think.

The heart is NOT a propulsion pump that pushes the blood from the heart, through the capillaries and back up to the heart through the veinous system

Most people think the heart contracts and when it does, it squeezes tight which then propels the blood out and up through the aorta. Each time it contracts it pushes more blood out, thus pumping the blood out of the heart and pushing it out through the arteries.  However when you start to really look into this hypothesis, many issues arise. I will outline a few in this blog, along with many references and resources so you can do your own research.

The arteries and veins are largest near the heart and smallest far away from the heart; the capillaries in the fingers and toes for example are so small that red blood cells have to traverse these one at a time – by being squished as the blood cells are actually bigger in diameter than the capillaries! How can a muscle the size of your fist push that much blood (roughly 5 liters!) through arteries and capillaries, that if laid end to end would be 60 000 – 100 000 miles in length!? Fluid flow dynamics and physics tells us this can’t be what’s happening.

There is also the issue that when the heart contracts, the aortic arch folds in, it doesn’t expand and straighten as it would if blood was being pumped into it. So this anomaly is suggesting the contraction of the heart is doing the opposite of a propulsion pump and is actually more of a suction, like a hydraulic ram pump, pulling the blood into it. And if you think about it, this makes more sense. How else can we encourage the blood to come up from the tiny, narrow capillaries of the toes, up through the larger and larger veins into the heart?

See this short video – Heart’s hydraulics shown for first time by Swedish researchers

The truth is the heart is less of a mechanical pump and more of a hydraulic ram. Vacuuming or suctioning the
blood into the heart with each contraction.

Then there was the accidental discovery of “EZ” water by professor and scientist Dr Gerald Pollock out of the University of Washington https://www.pollacklab.org/

EZ water has many names now like; structured water, 4th phase water, coherent water, biological or living water, and of course h3o2! And if you don’t understand structured water, you won’t be able to understand how the heart doesn’t pump the blood. And if you don’t understand quantum biology and energy, you won’t understand structured water. For a deeper dive on structured water, head over to this blog I wrote https://h3o2training.com/what-is-structured-water/

For now I’ll keep it to the basics so you can follow along. EZ stands for Exclusion Zone. What they discovered in Dr Pollack’s lab was that when water that is touching a water loving or hydrophilic surface (like the inside of your blood vessels) it changes it’s molecular structure when exposed to infra-red light. Specifically, this area of water morphs from bulk, normal h2o water, into h3o2 water which is arranged as layers of hexagonal sheets (see the hexagon in my logo 😉). This new molecular structure brings with it new properties. Form gives rise to function after all – a trumpet and a trombone are essentially the same thing, metallic wind instruments you breathe air through, but they sound differently because they are shaped differently.

EZ was found to also EXCLUDE all things, including protons (except for deuterium, heavy hydrogen) from the space. Leaving a net negative charge in the EZ space and a net positive charge in the bulk water just outside the EZ space. This new charge separation creates a battery! To recap, infrared light hitting water that’s touching a hydrophilic surface can be converted into energy. This is why I say you are a living water battery as most of your body is made of water, 99% by molecules!

This charge separation also creates movement through vortex laminal flow and the repelling of like charged molecules. If we imagine the inside surface of the blood vessels are water loving surfaces, which they are, lined with negatively charged EZ water/blood, and each red blood cell has a halo of negative charge around it, all these repel each other, which when put in a tube, will create a perpetual motion machine – provided the right environment and ingredients are there.

Each blood cell and the lining of the circulatory system is lined with negatively charge heparin-sulfate.

Scientists have shown this in experiments by putting an empty tube made of nafion, a water loving substance, into a tub of normal water and it’s visible to see the water starts flowing through the tube with no other input but the nafion tube and light.

In the human body, in the blood vessels, we need good hydration to create enough blood, we need proper minerals like sulfur in the form of heparin-sulfate to create the negative charge for when we are not in the sun and for the deepest layers of our tissue that won’t get exposed to direct light from the sun or a sauna. We can also get supplemental negative charge to our tissue by grounding our bare skin to the Earth – any amount is beneficial but studies have shown 45 minutes in a row has the best effect on chronic inflammation (side note – most inflammation is due to low sulfate levels, inflammation CREATES more sulfate, which is needed for the blood to flow, so inflammation is not the cause of disease, it’s a solution, albeit a temporary one until you address the root cause of WHY the inflammation is needed in the first place). Read more about sulfate here.

Movement that twists and compresses your fascia will also create negative charge through the piezoelectric effect. Humming, chanting, dancing, tapping, bouncing, shaking will do the same. As will any exercise that increases your internal body temperature, hot Epsom salts baths, and infra-red saunas too. And of course skin and eye exposure to the Sun is the best – without burning of course (and without toxic sunscreen!!). Eye exposure to the sun means your naked eyes make contact with the outdoor air when the sun is above the horizon, it does not mean look directly at the sun.

I can’t find the study I’m about to summarize so you’ll have to take my word for it. A while back, researches were experimenting on an animal and they noticed the animal’s blood was still pumping even though the animal had died…this was another accidental finding. They weren’t looking for this and didn’t understand what was happening for awhile. But what they were seeing was the blood continued to move as long as the vessels were expose to the light that had enough infra-red light spectrum to energize the blood’s flow – must have been incandescent bulbs, new LEDS would not have this effect.

To recap, it is the special properties of h3o2 water that moves the blood. The heart assists by sucking the blood UP and INTO the heart. The heart also vortexes the blood as it passes through which gives it more energy to continue flowing after it leaves the heart’s chambers. For this process to work well we need enough water in our body, we need enough negative charge and we need the ability to create enough heparin-sulfate (which means we need proper sulfur metabolism, a common issue these days thanks to glyphosate based herbicides like RoundUp being sprayed on all our food crops!). For more on sulfur, read my blog here

This image shows the eight spiraling layers of muscle that make up the outside of the heart. View this video where Frank Chester explains more about the source of these layers and their relation to the CHESTAHEDRON – the first seven-sided volume with faces of equal area. The geometry of the heart. Seriously fascinating presentation!

Heart disease has been the number one cause of death in the modern Western world for a long time. Considering most medical and health professionals don’t understand the actual mechanism of how the heart works, or how the blood actually flows, perhaps this is contributing to the lack of progress of reducing heart disease rates and deaths!?

If you don’t understand how a diesel engine works, good luck trying to fix it.

It’s clear, to me anyway, we don’t actually understand how the human body works. This is what I’m interested in. Cultivating a better understanding of our anatomy and physiology and how all this works on a greater scale – the integration of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. And of course the “New Biology” a term coined by one of my many mentors Dr Tom Cowan. The New Biology is building a new understanding of human form, function, health and dis-ease. Drawing from many holistic concepts and principles like ancient Chinese Medicine, Auryvedic medicine and new concepts from the world of quantum physics, bio-physics and quantum biology. Where energy, frequency and vibration are actually the root of everything and the 4th phase h3o2 water that makes up 99% of our molecules is the medium by which these forces work.
