If you’ve noticed things like: weight gain despite doing “the right things” loss of strength, balance, or confidence in your body poor sleep, waking at 3am, or low energy increased sensitivity to foods, alcohol, or stress bloating and food sensitivities, hot flashes new joint pain and body stiffness —you’re not alone, and there are reasons for it.
During this session, I’ll guide you through a structured set of questions to assess: the pain, discomfort, or symptoms you’re currently dealing with
- your energy, sleep, and how well your body is recovering
- your strength, stability, and confidence in movement
- any newer or unexplained symptoms that don’t seem to add up
- how clear you feel on what your body actually needs next
This process helps connect the dots between your symptoms, your lifestyle, and how your body is currently functioning — often in a way that hasn’t been explained before.
From there, I’ll share my perspective on what may be driving these changes and what a more supportive, effective approach could look like.
