This Health Strategy Session is a short, self-reflection assessment call designed to understand: • What you’re currently struggling with • What you’ve already tried • What your goals actually require • And where your approach may be misaligned We’ll explore key areas including pain and symptoms, movement capacity, energy, resilience, and overall health foundations. My goal on this call is twofold: To gather enough context about your history, training background, lifestyle, and current challenges to determine what’s truly driving the issue. To give you clear, honest feedback about what I believe would help and whether my approach is the right fit. By the end of the session, you’ll have: • A clearer understanding of what may be holding you back • Insight into what your body likely needs next • A specific recommendation for how to move forward If we’re aligned, I’ll explain exactly how I help clients address these challenges through personal training, lifestyle coaching, or my signature program FLOW Foundations, a hormonal reset for women in midlife. If we’re not, I’ll point you in the right direction. This session is best suited for individuals who are serious about improving their health, strength, and performance — and who are open to a integrated, holistic lifestyle based approach to health, fitness and injury rehab/pain resolution.
